This Privacy Policy sets out how Redhawk Consulting uses and protects any personal data that you give us by telephone, email, word of mouth or via our website or any other means of communication.

 

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into force on 25 May 2018 we are the Data Controller responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal data about you. 

 

What we may collect:
We may collect the following information:
• Your personal information
• Your contact information
• Details of any service agreements/contracts we have with you
• All correspondence relating to our contract and service with you
• Information we receive from other sources, such as publicly available information and information from Lawful entities, eg HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House.


How we use your personal data:
We will use your personal data to provide the necessary service for you as detailed in our Contract with you, for example if we are contracted to provide accountancy, financial management, taxation or advisory services.

 

We may also use your information to notify you about any changes to our services.

 

Our data retention policy:
We will only retain your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. We review our retained data on an annual basis and carry out deletion on our secure service providers or destroy any hard copies we hold as and when they are no longer required for the purpose for which it was first collected. 

 

We also need to hold any personal data to comply with any statutory or legal obligations. 
Where we need to use your data for another reason other than for the purpose for which we collected it, we will only do so when it is compatible with the original purpose. 

Security:


We are committed to ensuring that your data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put into place suitable physical, electronic and managerial processes to safeguard and secure the data we protect. We will provide details of our security measures if requested.

 

Data Sharing: 

We will share your personal data with third parties where we are required to by Law, where it is necessary to administer the relationship between us or where we have other legitimate interest to do so. 

 

Transferring personal data outside the EEA:
We will not transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), except when you give us express permission to so.

 

Controlling your personal information:
You may request details of the personal data that we hold on you under the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. Should you wish to do so please email info@redhawkconsulting.co.uk who will assist you with this. 

 

If you believe that any information we hold on you is not correct, then please email us (as above) or write to us as soon as possible at our office address:

We will then amend your records to reflect the changes immediately. We may need to request some specific information to enable us to identify that it is you who is requesting any changes.

 

We may also request specific information to enable us to confirm your identity for the purpose of our legitimate interest when engaging in a contract with you to enable us to comply with Anti-money laundering laws and Right to work in the UK laws. 

 

You have a right to withdraw your consent at any time. Once we have received your notification of withdrawal, we will cease in processing your personal data unless there is a legitimate basis for us to do so.
